Documentation
The customer provides the Agency an engineering drawings, CAD (Solid Works/Solid Edge) files, sketches with dimensions, pictures, or samples of the parts you want us to make. Please include type of materials you need, quantity for each part and due dates.
Feel free to email us parts PDF and STEP files directly to stolpnereugene@gmail.com to review.
You send us REQUEST FOR QUOTE and receive the accurate and best QUOTATION from qualified vendors.
Upon receiving customer PARTS ORDER, vendor can start the fabrication process.
Raw materials
The Agency vendors are working with different types of materials such as: Mild steel, Stainless Steel, Tool steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze and variety of plastics.
We can help you choose right materials for custom machine parts fabrication.
Fabrication
Fabrication services of custom parts include cutting, machining, bending, welding and finishing.
Our vendors also offer prototype services and production runs. Prototype must be approved by the customer before it is being put into production.
The customer receives finished ordered parts in due time.
